The truth is that dieting and exercising are poor words for what’s actually needed… Diets are short term plans we stick to in order to get a set result, and exercise is simply doing something with no real purpose other than to maybe burn a few calories.

What we aim to achieve is this!

We don’t diet – we change the habits that make us and we don’t simply exercise, we focus on learning quality movements and then we “train” or we “play”. Training differs from exercise because it has a specific purpose, aim or result, as for playing… it’s exactly that! Play time, hobbies, sport, FUN stuff! Maybe even learning new skills, but above all it should be fun.

It may seem like we are nit picking with wordplay here but it all matters, I can spend an hour with someone exercising and and hour with someone training and I promise you the difference is measurable! It all comes down to focus and aim!
